At ExpertInvo LLC, our billing process is designed to accommodate the diverse nature of the projects we undertake, ensuring clarity and flexibility for our clients.
Free or Paid: Depending on the project's complexity, the initial consultation to discuss project requirements and scope can be free or paid. This will be clarified when you schedule your consultation.
Online Scheduling: Schedule your initial consultation by emailing us at contact@expertinvo.com.
Estimate Provision: After the initial consultation, we will provide an estimated number of hours required for your project, alongside our hourly rate. This estimate serves as a guideline, acknowledging the dynamic nature of project work.
Estimate Flexibility: It's important to note that this estimate may adjust based on the project's evolution.
Initiating Work: Work on the project begins once a retainer (down payment) is received. This retainer covers the initial phase of work.
Commitment to Project: The retainer reflects a commitment to your project from both sides, ensuring resource allocation for its commencement.
Billing Cycle: Following the exhaustion of the retainer, additional work is billed on a monthly basis. This includes any extra hours beyond the initial estimate, accommodating the project's ongoing needs.
Invoice Details: Invoices issued will detail the work completed and the hours billed, providing transparency and clarity on the billing for the period.
Scope Adjustments: Any changes or additions to the project scope will be communicated and billed additionally, at the agreed hourly rate.
Communication: We ensure ongoing communication about any adjustments, ensuring you are always informed about the state of your project and associated costs.
Project Completion: Upon completion, a final invoice will be issued for any remaining balance, marking the end of the project billing cycle.
Feedback and Follow-Up: Client feedback is highly valued, and we welcome discussions about the project outcome and potential future collaborations.
